Student Recognition Program

Bon’s Student Recognition Program recognizes outstanding students of vocational training programs. To give students extra incentive to strive for excellence and to help instructors reward them, Bon awards recipients with a Complimentary Trowel, Certificate of Achievement and Bon Tool Cap.

Who is eligible:

Nominations of exemplary secondary, post-secondary and apprenticeship students from the following building trades will be accepted: masonry, concrete finishing, drywall, plaster, flooring and tiling. The students should be training for a career in one of these building trades. Each training facility may nominate one student per term.

How does it work:

Nominations must come from the instructor. Nominations should be submitted on  Bon’s Student Recognition Nomination Form or sent on training facility’s letterhead and include the student’s name, instructor’s name, name and address of the training facility and the specific trade of the student.
Bon will award the outstanding student with a complimentary trowel of the appropriate trade, a certificate and a Bon Tool hat. All materials will be sent to the school where the instructor will recognize the outstanding student and present the award.
